These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by Scottsdale Interior Design by Nicole ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 5425 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website itself and to initial inquiries. Any interior design engagement is governed by a separate written design agreement signed by both parties, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.

2. Website content

The content on this site is provided for general information about our interior design and full decoration services. Descriptions of services, portfolio projects, timelines, and budget ranges are illustrative and do not constitute a quote, an offer, or a contract.

While we work to keep the site accurate and current, we make no warranty that content is complete or error-free, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Consultations and project agreements

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship or obligation on either side. Design work begins only after a written agreement defining scope, fees, payment schedule, and timeline is signed by both parties.

Furnishing budgets, vendor pricing, product availability, and lead times are estimates until orders are placed and may change due to manufacturer, freight, or market conditions. Any deposits, retainers, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual design agreement.

4. Purchasing and third-party vendors

When we help you select and purchase furniture, finishes, fixtures, artwork, and accessories, those items are produced and delivered by independent third-party manufacturers, vendors, freight carriers, and installers. We coordinate these parties on your behalf but are not responsible for their delays, defects, or acts, except as stated in your design agreement.

Warranty claims for purchased products are handled through the manufacturer's or vendor's own warranty terms.

5. Images and intellectual property

All photography, text, logos, and design concepts on this site are the property of Scottsdale Interior Design by Nicole or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written consent. Some imagery is representative of our design style rather than a specific client project.

Photographs of completed client projects are published only with the client's permission, and client addresses are never published.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, no scraping or bulk copying of content, and no submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites, and following those links is at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
