Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Scottsdale Interior Design by Nicole is an interior design and full decoration studio located at 5425 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, by email, and by phone, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. Through the contact form, this may include: your name, phone number, email address, property location, project type, budget range, target completion date, preferred contact method, a description of your project, and any photos you upload.

If you email or call us directly, we keep the details you share in that conversation so we can respond and follow up.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a design proposal, and — if you become a client — to plan, purchase for, and manage your design project.

When your project requires it, vendors, freight carriers, and installers involved in your project receive only the details needed to fulfill an order or delivery (for example, a delivery address).

4. What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your details with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent. Client addresses are never published on this website.

5. Project photography

Photographs of completed projects are published in our portfolio and marketing only with the client's permission. Identifying details such as street addresses are always withheld.

6. Analytics and cookies

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals. You can block cookies through your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.

7. Data retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, for clients, for the duration of the project plus any period required for our business records. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We will honor these requests promptly, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging interior design services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
